Strategic Space Planning & Scheduling
Our strategy for simple reconfiguration of furniture, walls, and people will create socially distanced spaces that allow for safe, collective use. These adjustments will encourage work and life to continue while accounting for the safety and health of all inhabitants. We look at how space is used individually and in groups, how we circulate through space and around each other, and then develop a new plan to solve the problem of planning for simple daily routines.

Mechanical Systems
Analysis of existing mechanical systems allows us to properly adjust filters, increase fresh air exchange, and develop zones within the space for small groups to share areas safely. The introduction of ionization and humidity to indoor air improves filtration which keeps the space safe to breathe throughout the day.

Touch-free Hardware
Introduce touch-free faucets and soap dispensers, elbow use or automatic door openers, and bacteria resistive materials. As touch rate is reduced, transmission is reduced, increasing the overall health of the space and the people within it.

Movable Partitions & Physical Barriers
Integrate living walls, decorative screens, and movable partitions to attain social distancing without sacrificing design aesthetics. These adjustments can become design opportunities to enhance company branding, improve interior environment flexibility, and create a more soothing, and safer space for us all to spend more time indoors.

Signage
Well placed and nicely designed signage will create an atmosphere where people feel protected. Information detailing new cleaning procedures, mechanical changes, and directions on how to attain appropriate social distancing will help all get involved in making their space safer.

Permitting & Scheduling
The main function of the Building Permit system is to keep us safe as a society. If the need arises for adaptations to be permitted, drawings can be provided.
