Just a few minutes away from Los Olivos in the SYV Wine Region, Acampo Hill Residence is located on a 20-acre lot surrounded by vineyards and unobstructed views of the Santa Ynez Mountains. The home was designed with a strong focus on Grass Mountain and its ever changing appearance throughout the seasons. Our client was looking for a country get away to spend time in nature, enjoy wine, hang out in the pool and spending time with friends and family.

The architecture is inspired by Australian farmhouses carefully blended with Southern California casual. It meets all WUI requirements, is resilient and Net Positive.
