Mosaic Architects and Interiors is a full-service architecture and interior design firm specializing in high-end residential projects in Santa Barbara, and surrounding areas. We have offices in Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Napa Valley, and Boulder, CO.

 

We are looking to bring a dynamic and motivated Senior Architect/Project Manager to our Santa Barbara team.  You will be working and collaborating with our Principal Architects on design and execution of our projects. Leading and supervising project teams is at the core of this position. You will also have an active role in our firm’s organization, management, marketing, and client contact. 

 

Ideal candidates are organized, self-motivated, collaborative, technically savvy, great communicators, have excellent writing skills and are strong leaders. Candidates should also be well-versed in local design review, building and planning codes, permitting processes, detailing, and working drawings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

• CA Architect license preferred; OK if in process of acquiring license.

• 12+ years of experience, ideally in high-end residential architecture. 

• Experience in project management and construction documentation.

• Understanding of local Santa Barbara and Montecito approval process.

• In-field experience and construction administration.

• Basic knowledge in Revit, we are a Revit based firm. 

• Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, efficient work execution.

• Self-motivated and willingness to get tasks done.

• Great communication skills

• Experience leading design and project teams.
