Nestled into a quiet neighborhood overlooking the Flatirons to the South and expansive flat lands to the East, this residence was designed to take full advantage of the sloped site and the views.

From the street the structure appears as a modest, single story building while the back, following the slope of the land, grows to a double story home capturing ever-changing views.​
