​Nestled in the hills of Hillsborough, a quaint suburb of San Francisco and integral link between The City and Silicone Valley, Mosaic Architects designed a sensible addition to this historic home.  Inspired by the Monterrey Mediterranean Style of the residence, selected rooms were remodeled and brought up to 21st Century conveniences.  A large, open kitchen and a multi-story elevator was carefully weaved into the fabric of existing walls with upgrades to the Library, Laundry Room, Pantry and, most of all, the Dog Bath, which turned into a Dog Spa.  New exterior openings were placed and detailed to meticulously match the historic character of the structure.
