A refined remodel featuring a new addition, custom metalwork, raked plaster fireplace, and serene interiors with white oak cabinetry and quartzite accents. Knollwood The clients of this home envisioned a transformation that blended modern flair with their own unique artistic touch, infusing the space with high-end materials and creativity. 2316 Dark Bronze Cladding)edited.tif IMG_2926.JPG IMG_8477.JPG 2316 Dark Bronze Cladding)edited.tif 1/10 A new addition was thoughtfully designed to expand the entry, powder room, and mudroom, while sleek metal cladding was introduced to complement the existing stone and stucco. Inside, the open layout had areas that seemed to compete for attention due to overlapping sightlines, so the living room ceiling was lowered, and the fireplace was widened to create a more intimate atmosphere with improved acoustics. A talented plaster artist worked her magic, covering the new fireplace with 15 feet of vertical raked plaster. The standard metal stair railing was replaced with a custom mesh design, expertly fabricated and patinaed by a skilled metalsmith, who also crafted unique dining shelves and a new hood enclosure. The kitchen and primary bath were completely reimagined, with serene, neutral tones featuring white oak cabinetry, fresh tile, and a striking backlit Cristallo quartzite waterfall island, creating a peaceful and luxurious vibe. Perry Dental This hair salon was reimagined to bring in vast amounts of natural light into a deep space so that the hairdressers may recreate their clients' appear ance to perfection. Material and color choices were carefully made to create a vibrant yet comfortable mood. The semi-circular bar top was designed to become the central anchor of the hair salon where conversations and ideas can be shared.
