  • Moss Rock

Moss Rock On this steeply sloping 35-acre agricultural site just south of Larimer County, this home and barn’s design is modern with a nod towards mountain style which includes more rustic materials. The resulting color scheme is subdued and neutral, evoking mountain moments with direct saturated light and darker shadows. Due to the naturally sloping terrain, the walkout basement to the pool deck on the lower level of this home is mostly hidden from adjacent properties and roads, providing a lovely, private family retreat. Nearby ridges paired with wide and far off flat-land views, provide a stunning and secluded backdrop for any family gathering.
